- No Cancellation: Once a subscription or service is purchased, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- No Refund: All payments made are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or early termination of the service.
2. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are prepaid and valid for the duration selected at the time of purchase.
- Users may choose not to renew their subscription after expiry, but no partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be provided.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following rare conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Technical Error: If a transaction fails due to a payment gateway issue, but the amount is still debited.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 business days with your transaction details, and we will process a refund after verification.
